This may be an opportunity to shake things up- Guards were caught in law breaking- and some staff seems to be courageous enough to testify against them- he has bunch of needs from us and I think this is important
Back story- is complicated-He has mrsa and an untreated broken leg, HSU denies- says these thing says ”undiagnosed” but when asked, admits he has not seen an outside doctor since 2018
So mrysa is always a concern and he is on hunger strike because of it- is taking the minimum -electrolytes etc and when last I call, HSU was unconcerned.
Note ( Damien Green GBCI was also on hunger strike and they were immovable/ he was asking for mental health are and they say not until he starts eating- course, it does not exist no matter how much he eats. He quite the hunger strike when I asked him. He is now in general for the first time in years.(probably no cause and effect)

you could help by
a) call security director Kind a lot to demand he transfer me
b) print the letter- the big one -my story -in your newspaper and on the internet
c) try to get Mario Koran or other reporters to print an article. I really need help and you're not going to believe what just happened. You definitely want to print on this in your newspaper and on the internet. Staff admitted wrongful use of force breaking bones! I've been assaulted a lot but this time they had to admit I did nothing wrong and it was wrong use of force and there was a failed try at a cover-up and one and 2 staff failed! I need to tell you about two other things first so you know how this happened.
1 ) 7-25-23 PREA investigation 1006742 affirmed inmate Bergeron- Davila tried to sneak a foot Long metal Shank into RHU to try to kill me to collect the hits on me due to my ties to law enforcement.,.Ordered I be transferred-,Instead of doing that, as always, Kind did nothing, Captain r o z m a r k n o w s k i retaliated and put me in 618, a” Hard cell “ ..
2)-HSU canceled the medical pads I have to cleaning anal Fissures so the MRSA is way worse- ( can’t read)????then to clean a cell? ( possibly CR accusing him for using cleaning stuff to clean cell) But I never even got a ticket- for I Didn't Do It- she just canceled it and lied this was why it was the only Medication out of the 30 I need I was getting. It's retaliation for all the hunger strike. I’m really skinny now . They should get a court order to feed me. I've nothing left.
Due to this all 8-12-23 I seriously tried to kill myself three times in one night. I hung myself and slit my wrist twice while on observation. I don't do this, I'm not wanting to go on apps, I won't self harm. it was a real suicide attempt .
4)..Now to the assault. I was sitting in a room doing a file review. I was in Leg shackles cuffed to a stool and in handcuffs cuffed to a desk. I didn't refuse an order, no one asked me to move or anything and out of nowhere Captain Rosmarkowski, Hoffman( assaulted me a lot prior), Hanson Cummins,Schomer run in in riot gear Tasers, mace fullsuited and beat me up. cuffing me to the door and pull on my arms until wrists snapped, Force me on my broken leg making the brake worse and put me naked in a room on control status. 5 minutes later they come back and say I'm not in control anymore and it was a mistake. It was no mistake. It is Rosmarkowski retaliating for filing complaints on her for putting me in the cell not following PREA orders to transfer me. It gets crazier. She tried to cover it up. For policy/ law, every time force is used everyone involved has to write an incident report. She ordered the staff not to write one so Madison wouldn't find out what she did to me. It turns out Co Nebu hates her. He was watching cameras when they did this..He reported it so she had to admit it it was wrongful use of force and tried to cover it up.Nebu figured. she would do this so he told me she ordered sergeant not to write reports so I could do something about it too..
CO Cummings is new and an okay guy. staff is all scared they are going to get in trouble, they are. I'm going to sue onc ICE is done and my dad is trying to get cops here to file charges. I could use your help with that. call Brown County Sheriff's and DA La s e e to try to get them to see me. And try if you can to get me removed from here..
So I got Cummings to write an incident report, making it clear I did nothing wrong and it was wrongful use of force. So CP Cushing retaliated and tried to cover it up again by writing me a contact report saying it wasn't a big deal and I wasn't hurt. He lied about video evidence. In the video I yell when my wrists were hurt and even say “were you trying to break my wrists”. So he's screwed when this gets to court. And RN Baker already verified 2 days prior to that I was injured. My right wrist has a red golf ball on it. So Cushing only hurt staff by second failed cover up.
It was wrongful use of force breaking bones and two cover-ups failed by staff. A lot of Staff like Cummings Nebu, Macmahon already agreed to testify for me in court. I'm hoping this can be used to get me transferred now.
So there you go the latest chapter in my crappy life. Please help as much as you can. call Kind and Warden Stevens DAI administrator Cooper ;Kevin Carr budnowski ,Kind as much as you can to demand I be transferred and not to WCI or CCI. Please print this in your newspaper you mail to all of us. Print this on the internet. Try to get newspapers and reporters to print on it. Write letter to everyone in the DOC. But I think harassing Kind a lot will get me transferred and ??.. outside pressure like media and Madison. So please help all you can- go to Mario and all reporters you know- write me back when you get this.It's been a long since you wrote me /

Report on conversation 92723 with GBCI Nurse Nicole ( not sure of name)
I had tried twice to talk with GBCI HSU staff earlier in the day. I was told to call back at certain time , which I did unsuccessfully and concluded they were just trying to put me off. Then At around 7:30pm this nurse called- I think her name was Nicole, but am not sure- did not write it down. She did not know Sean and had not work that unit much, but was forth coming in interpreting his file records. I also could only leave a message with Security Director Kind.. . At most, in all previous attempts With other prisoners, I could only get as far as his secretary-that seems to be the policy and then I hear nothing back so I write.
This is transcription of part of his letter on health care- the rest was devoted to the assault:

She verified that he had all his meds canceled- she said because they were dangerous if he is not eating and kept repeating the same phrase- obviously what was in chart. She said he can deny using the cleaning pads for his cell but his cell is “monitored"and they know the truth. I ranted how important it is that he keep clean with his mrysa. She said “he gets soap” to which I talked about the tiny bars they give as totally inadequate. ( RHU prisoners are not allowed to get the union supply hygiene or order from canteen- the soaps are hotel sample size).
Then I asked her about his general health- she said he is fine, ate his his meal tonight and drinks ensure and gets eletrolytes- I said then he is eating? And she said- “on and off”-”so he should-be getting his meds right? I asked what his weight loss was. She could only find weight between june and july- loss of “one kilo.” I do not think he was on hunger strike way back then . She thought he may have refused being weighed.
After finishing, I wondered : are there cameras in the cell? What does “Being monitored” mean? is there a running video in his cell? And about the cleaning his cell- all prisoners complain of the lack of cleaning supplies they are given and the filth in the cells- with Mrysa- cleanliness is the main component of not getting sicker/healing.
